He holds the following qualifications: MBA, PGD in Project Management, B-Tech in Civil Engineering (Transportation), B-Tech in Civil Engineering (Water), and National Diploma in Civil Engineering. Kabefa has acquired substantial knowledge in Business Management and Leadership, Engineering Design and Management, Quality Control, Project Management, and EPWP Labour Intensive Construction methods, as per LIC 7 and LIC 5 Implementation.
